These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the qqraya platform and all services provided therein. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing qqraya, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on qqraya. The Platform strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the verified payment method on file.
2.2 Residency. qqraya's services are primarily directed at residents of Indonesia. By registering an account, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia and that accessing and using online betting services does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who are acting under duress, undue influence, or fraudulent misrepresentation are not permitted to register.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on qqraya:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one active account on qqraya. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet linked to your verified identity. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. qqraya will never ask you to disclose your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact support immediately. qqraya shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Account Sharing. Sharing account access with any third party, including family members, is strictly prohibited. All bets and transactions conducted through an account are deemed to have been made by the registered account holder.
3.5 Contact Details. You must keep your registered contact details, including email address and phone number, current and accurate at all times. qqraya may need to contact you regarding account security, verification requirements, or transaction processing.
4.1 Verification Requirement. qqraya is required to verify the identity and age of all Members before processing any withdrawal from the Platform. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), is a standard industry requirement and is not optional.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, Members will be required to submit the following documents:
4.3 Processing Time. qqraya aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases may require additional time. Members will be notified of any delays.
4.4 Withholding of Withdrawals. qqraya reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Funds will not be forfeited during this process; they will remain in the Member's account until the verification outcome is determined.
4.5 Ongoing Monitoring. qqraya reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time, including in response to changes in account activity, changes in personal circumstances, or as part of routine compliance monitoring.
qqraya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. qqraya reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Members will be notified of changes affecting their registered payment method.
All transactions on qqraya are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency transactions are accepted. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be converted at qqraya's prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion costs will be borne by the Member.
6.1 Availability. qqraya offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, accumulator boosts, and referral bonuses. The specific terms, values, and conditions of each promotion are published on the relevant promotional page at the time of offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game contributions are stated for each individual promotion. As a general reference, welcome bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, and weekly reload bonuses carry a 20x requirement.
6.3 Bonus Terms Hierarchy. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific promotion terms shall prevail only for the matter in direct conflict. All other provisions of these Terms & Conditions continue to apply.
6.4 Abuse & Fraud. qqraya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, collusion, or any form of fraud. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: low-risk bet hedging designed to fulfill wagering r equirements with minimal risk; opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and coordinated play across accounts to artificially satisfy wagering conditions.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Member's account and are not subject to reinstatement.
6.6 One Bonus at a Time. Members may hold only one active deposit bonus at any given time. Claiming a new deposit bonus while a previous bonus remains active and incomplete will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus and its associated wagering progress.
7.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on qqraya are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type — sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and slot games each operate under their own distinct rule sets, which are accessible within the relevant product section of the Platform.
7.2 Bet Confirmation. A wager is only confirmed and binding once the Platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that are not successfully confirmed due to technical error, connectivity interruption, or system maintenance are void, and any staked funds are returned to the Member's account balance.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game products. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, competition, game type, and Member tier. qqraya reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
7.4 Odds and Payout Accuracy. qqraya endeavors to ensure that all published odds are accurate at the time of display. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect price or erroneous market result — qqraya reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members. A manifest error is determined at qqraya's sole reasonable discretion.
7.5 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to be settled as winners for the full accumulator payout to be applied. If any single leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs continue to stand. Full accumulator rules are published in the sportsbook product section.
7.6 Live Betting. In-play and live betting markets are subject to frequent and rapid odds movement. qqraya cannot guarantee that odds displayed at the moment a bet is initiated will be the same odds at which the bet is accepted. If the odds move materially between initiation and acceptance, the Member will be presented with the updated odds and given the opportunity to accept or decline.
7.7 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games, including slot games and togel draws, use certified RNG engines that are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot titles are available in the individual game information panels.
8.1 Commitment. qqraya is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Members with the tools and support they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqraya and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

11.1 Service Availability. qqraya endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or events beyond qqraya's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
11.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqraya's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. qqraya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation, even if qqraya has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.4 Third-Party Content. The Platform may display content sourced from third-party game providers, data feeds, and studios. qqraya is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or service interruptions originating from third-party providers, though qqraya will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly.
11.5 Member's Own Decisions. All betting and gaming decisions are made at the Member's sole discretion and risk. qqraya does not provide betting advice. The outcome of any wager is not guaranteed, and the possibility of financial loss is inherent in all gambling activity.
12.1 Termination by Member. Members may request closure of their account at any time by contacting qqraya's support team. Before account closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome, and any Real Money Balance remaining after settlement will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
12.2 Termination by qqraya. qqraya reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account at any time without prior notice if qqraya has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for breach, qqraya reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings generated in connection with the breaching conduct. Real Money Balances not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of any required KYC review.
13.1 Right to Amend. qqraya reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date displayed in the document header.
13.2 Notification. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully alter a Member's rights or obligations — qqraya will provide advance notice via email to the Member's registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification, no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.
13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to qqraya's operating jurisdiction. qqraya operates as an internationally licensed online betting platform serving Indonesian players.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, qqraya encourages Members to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. qqraya commits to reviewing all Member complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive written response.
